加拿大外贸
产地证书8.28寄出，估计要一个星期才能到达不过货已经到达客户所在地，可是产地证还没送到，客户说产生了一笔仓库滞留费用
该怎么回复呢？？

It has been highly detrimental for our company the fact that the CO (Certificate of Origin) has not arrived on time. On the 15th of August we were informed that the CO would be sent to us. Yesterday through our agent we requested this CO and they were also informed the certificate had been sent. Unfortunately the person was not available and they did not inform the tracking number. The product has arrived in Chile and we are now paying storage because the CO is not in our hands. This is a cost we did not have in mind to assume.

必须要原件吗，产地证书的扫描件能用吗。。比如再卖方加上个保函什么的。。。。。
或者我国驻那个国家的商会能否帮忙在电子扫描件山盖章，先顶着用什么的，
提前把货提出来
