一个美国小单,15000 USD,客人要做LC,因为客人是内陆城 TOLEDO OHIO,港口是LOS ANGELES, 出运港口为SHANGHAI, 请高手指点单据要求:其中LC 中有这样一段话,我特别吃不吃准:
Multimodel Bill of Lading must indicate that the goods have been loaded on by means of preprinted wording or a notation showing the shipped or on board date;
If the bill of lading indicate a place of receipt or taking in charge different from the port of loading,the on board notation must also include the port of loading and the vessel on which the goods have been loaded,even if the goods have been loaded on the vessel named in the bill of lading; this provision also applies whenever loading on board the vessel is indicated by pre-printed wording on the bill of lading

第一段 联运单要显示装船批注。
第二段 如果该单据另外载明了一个不同的接管地点，装船批注必须显示装运港和 船只，即使货物就装在指定的船上。此条款适用与预先印制的船只信息。（意思是 如果显示了一个不同的船，批注也要显示装运港和船只。）

如果提单上的货物接受地或接管地不同于装运港，那么已装船批注中 必须显示装运港，装运船只名称，（即使提单中已经提及过货物已装上具名的船只），这条也同样适用于提单中 预先印制 已装船的字样。
意思就是 如果提单上的 place of receipt和port of loading 不同，那么尽管提单中有预先印制shippde on board 字样或者已经显示了船名， 提单上还必须另外批注 shipped on board date 字样，然后同时必须加上，port of loading,***** vessel name****.
