The Supplier will always have to send an e-mail with the Draft of the Bank Guarantee to buyer.The Bank Guarantee must be issued and received always as a Stand By Letter of Credit (SBLC) unconditional, irrevocable and on first demand, through a SWIFT, by one of the International Banks approved, listed in Annex I attached (Issuing Bank) and the requirements of Annex II. It also has to be advised in Buenos Aires by de Citibank NA Buenos Aires (the swift is CITIUS33ARR) (Advising Bank).
If the SBLC is not issued by one of the International Banks approved (Issuing Bank) must be confirmed by:
- One of the International Banks approved (Confirming bank) and advised in Buenos Aires by the Citibank NA (Swift CITIUS33ARR) (Advising Bank)
Or
- Directly by a First Class Bank in Buenos Aires (Confirming Bank), but in this case, previously authorization of the bank should be required to AESA.

Requirements letter of credit Accepted by the group
Regarding the letters of credit, you should consider the following points:
- Name and address of the Foreign Bank
- Name and address of the Bank in Argentina
- Amount of the letter of credit
- Currency of the letter of credit
- Validity period
- Full name of the Customer
- Obligations and/or Contract guaranteed by the letter of credit
- Deadline for payment on first demand
- It must be, unconditional, irrevocable and solidarity
- Subject to the uniform uses and documentary credit practices ICC Publication Brouchure 500 (and amendments) of the international chamber of commerce.
