各位大虾，很久没有来了，请教各位：信用上上要求保单claims payable in colombo irrespective of percentage“赔付地在科伦坡，不计免赔率” 这样的条款合理吗、，具体啥意思？
还有就是关于Instruction的一些内容：
1. all drawings to be indorsed on the reverse of the credit
2. upon negotiation of a complying presentaition we authorise you to claim reimbursement on due date under your authenticated swift advice to us attention senior manager treasury, treasury department, indicating the lc number, rembursing bank value date amount negotiated two bankin days prior to the due date

信用上上要求保单claims payable in colombo irrespective of percentage“赔付地在科伦坡，不计免赔率” 这样的条款合理吗、，具体啥意思？
此条款合理，但是保单上不能出现免赔额或免赔率（也就是损失多少赔多少），由于保险公司习惯上会要求加免赔，因此在出单前一定要和保险公司确认是否能接受该条件。否则等到出单的时候就该慌张了。

一旦对相符交单议付，我行授权你行凭经证实的swift通知在到期日向我行索偿，联系人 senior manager treasury, treasury department, 索偿通知上注明LC 号，偿付行，议付金额，日期，swift通知在到期日 前两个银行工作日发出。
