我们公司做进口，最近卖出一个订单给国内公司，但向国外采购时分成了两个订单。国内卖出时收款是信用证，信用证要求是：Documents required需提交的单据：
1---------1 Signed Commercial Invoice in [3] originals [3] copies—(LS sign) / Commercial Invoice in [1] originals [1] copies—(PFS sign) indicating this L/C No., Contract No. and name of goods, quantity, country of origin, unit price, total price ,the value and the quantity of the equipment and spares__________________.
2----------1 Signed Packing List in [3 ] originals [3] copies of detailed packing list issued by Manufacturer .
3----------1 Clean Air Waybills showing “1Freight Prepaid 0Freight Collect” and consigned to notifying XXXXX at the port of destination 0applicant
1 Full set of Insurance Policy/Certificate in 1 original and 2 copies for 110 % of the invoice value, showing claims payable in China in currency of the draft, blank endorsed, covering All Risks and War Risks and To be covered by the SELLER
4---------1 Certificate of Origin in [1 ] originals and [ 2 ] copies issued by Chamber of Commerce or relevant authority in USA. .
5----- -----{X}Three [3 ] original and two [2 ] copies of Quality and Quantity Certificate issued by Seller/Manufacturer.
6-----------{X} One [1]original and one [1 ] copy of manufacture’s Declaration for wood package stating that all wood packages are stamped IPPC mark and in compliance with ISPM 15 regulation or Manufacture’s Declaration of no-wooden packing material is used in one original and one copy.
7----------{X} The shipping advice in duplicate advising the Buyer of the Contract No.,commodity,quantity loaded,invoce value,gross weight,Airway Bill No, and date of shipment.
发票是我司开出没问题，装箱单和产地证，质量数量证，。。等其他单据都是国外工厂签制，那就都变成两套单据了，这样可以一股脑都给银行议付吗？会不会属于不符点，出现问题啊？
