the requirement documents is:
1- CCPIT
should approve from foreign ministry in China also approve from Libyan Embassy in Beijing
also we need letter from your company to DEV bank for my brother as he your representive in Libya
and another letter as request from DEV bank to register you at the system to became one of the companies whose can export for Libya.
Mohamed:
i want to tell you that the payment in our DEV bank:
80% after present the B\ L and certificate of inspection and commercial invoice to the medium bank
10% after the goods arrive to one of Libya seaports.
10 % after installation and testing.
