- and that its registered class is:
Lloyds (LR) + 100A1 or equivalent
- that the above stated vessel is a Conference vessel.
- that before and at the beginning of the voyage due diligence will be exercised to
make the vessel seaworthy.
- that the above mentioned vessel to the best of Carriers knowledge, at the time of departure is not prohibited from entry into XXXXXXXXX ports according to XXXXXXXXX laws and
regulations.
- A classified with a member IACS,
- not over 30 years, and
- is therefore in compliance with the INSTITUTE CLASSIFICATION CLAUSE 01/01/2001
- that the above stated vessel’s name is correct
- that the nationality (flag) of the vessel is: XXXXXXXX
- that the owners of the vessel are: XXXXXXXXX
- that the above stated vessel is a regular line vessel.
- is not scheduled to call any ports in: XXXXXX, XXXXXX, XXXXXX
- That the vessel stated above is scheduled to enter the following ports en-route to XXX: ___ ; ___;___; and will not enter any other ports, unless in distress or be request of competent authorities.
- Has a current ISM code certificate, and the carrying vessel is subject to SOLAS
- Carries both a Safety Management Certificate (SMC) and a Document of Compliance (DOC) for the purpose of presenting them to the port authorities.
