我们在土耳其有了一个新客户，土耳其市场已有好多年也有好多客户，对单据要求都是一般只要个产地证，发票箱单什么的自己出个就行了，因为是新客户，我就问了下对单据有没有什么要求，他给我传过来了一个文件我实在看不懂什么意思。我们公司是A公司，客户是B公司，GARANTI FACTORING HIZMETLERI A.S.是土耳其的银行，客户告诉我单据直接寄给他们就行了，不用寄给银行，文件还要求我们应该提供给银行哪些单据，我看不懂就问了客户什么意思，客户只告诉我他们跟银行之间的贷款协议，银行先付给我们钱，然后他们再分期把钱付给银行，烦请帮我看看什么意思，该怎么做：
EXPORT FACTORING AGREEMENT
The present factoring Agreement has been signed between GARANTI FACTORING HIZMETLERI A.S.(the factor) ,on one side ,and A (the “CLIENT”) , under the terms and conditions set forth hereunder.
1. A hereby irrevocably and unconditionally assigns the below listed to the FACTOR, accrued on sales of goods/or services to B ., on without recourse basis, up to the amount of USD….
2. On its invoices, listed below, the CLIENT shall quote a statement confirming that its receivable has been assigned to the FACTOR, including the due date, place of payment thereof as well as the name and full address of the FACTOR.
3. CLIENT confirms to provide to the FACTOR the below listed documents in accordance with the terms and conditions of this factoring agreement:
a) Photocopy of invoices with assignment note
b) Photocopy of shipment documents (such as CMR/AWR etc)
c) Confirmation of all signatures relevant to this transactions
4. Upon receipt of scanned/faxed copies of the above mentioned documents and BUYER’S confirmation letter of acceptance of the shipped goods, FACTOR confirms to effect a pre-payment/financing facility for the amount of USD…in connection with the above –listed accured receivables that are assigned to the FACTOR and to transfer such amount to the CLIENT’s bank accounts details are given hereunder:

5. As per the agreement between the CLIENT and the IMPORTER, all kinds of expenses (interest, commission, banking charges, fees, taxes etc.) arising as a result of the execution of this Factoring Agreement, shall be paid by the IMPORTER.
6. This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the Turkish Law, Any and all disputes arising out or in connection with this Agreement shall be referred to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Turkish Courts, Istanbul, Turkey. The present Agreement has been executed on the date of 14/05/2012 in one original.

中文含义为保理（保付代理、应收帐款收买业务、承购应收款业务。出口销售保管、应收帐款管理服务）。是指出口商以商业信用形式出售商品，在货物装船后立即将发票、汇票、提单等有关单据卖断给经营保理业务的财务公司或专门组织，收进全部或一部分货款，从而取得资金融通的业务。

您好，我们公司没做过这样的业务，平时也就顶多投个中国信用保险，一般都是赊销或者CAD偶尔有LC。
我理解的是我们（出口方）为了融资将出口相关单据卖给经营保理业务的财务公司或专门组织，收进货款。
但是这是我们的客户（进口商）给我们传的文件，是不是他们想融资让我们按照这个文件来提供单据？这需要我们怎么做哪？

按照您的指导，保理是出口商为了融资采取的一种方式，可这是进口商传给我的哎。
