a client from Austria, I sent him an invoice several days ago and tried to push him to made the payment.today, I received the email from owner form that company.
She sent me back a PI with signature and note that xx company order one sample as described above. Payment by bank transfer will be made immediately after presenting shipping document.
The product cost about 400 usd... It is not the business of one or two dollar.
Everyone here, could you please help to solve this issue : how can I get a shipping document without getting any existed sample from factory..
I really want to tell the company owner : sorry.... our company doesn't recognize any signature from oversea without the guarantee under the laws.
