In reimbursement we shall remit proceeds in L/C currency as per negotiating bank's instruction on other covering schedule subject to receipt of shipping documents complying credit terms.Documents containing any discrepancy must not be negotiated even against guarantee or under reserve without our pror approval, but can be sent to collection basis.
以上是孟加拉客户发来的信用证其中的两句，看来看去不知道是什么意思，烦请高人解答，谢谢好人了：）

如果提交的单据相符我们会按照议付行的只是用信用证货币单位进行付款
Documents containing any discrepancy must not be negotiated even against guarantee or under reserve without our pror approval, but can be sent to collection basis.
如果单据包括不符点，没有我们的允许不允许凭借担保议付 ，但是可以改为托收
