由于本人第一次收到并操作信用证，现有条款吃不准，烦请有经验的前辈帮我翻译一下，我对照自己的翻译看看有没有问题，谢谢各位了！46A : document required:
+06 definitives commercial invoice signed and stamped by the beneficiary and specifying the nature of the goods, unit price , total price and payment conditions.
+1/3 original bill of lading clean and shipped on board established to the order of applicant, notify applicant marked freight prepaid +01 copy .
Beneficiary attestation certifying he has sent to the applicant by ship bag the following documents:

有了这些单据，开证申请人就能办理进口提货，报关手续了，楼主能否有把握做到严格相符交单啊？如一有纰漏，极可能货款两失的。

CO在贸促会出证后，让贸促会老师在CO第五栏加盖个商会章：
“CHINA COUNCIL FOR THE PROMOTION OF INTERNATIONAL TRADE IS CHINA CHAMBER OF INTERNATIONAL COMMERCE”

就指一条就很危险了，其他的先可以暂时忽略，to order of applicant的提单，还要一份正本，实际上applicant已经掌握了货权，applicant 没必要等你的其他单据提交到银行，就可以先提货办手续了！
当然退一步说，是什么银行开的信用证也很重要，如果是大银行，既然银行愿意把货权交给applicant控制，而不是自己控制保证自己的权利（信用证下，银行绝大多数时候都会要求控制货权，等applicant付钱，转移货权），说明银行对此开证人信誉有充分的了解。
理论跟实际不一样，理论下这条是万万不能接受的，但是实际中就要考虑到很多问题。
不过还是建议楼主该信用证，给一份正本可以To order of 开证行更保险一些

谢谢高手的提醒，我开始就以为只是平常的“TO ODER ”，提单，并不是记名提单。是我忽略了，客户本是认识的客户，但出于风险的考虑，我已经跟客户提出了这条的风险，他也口头同意修改了。
