大家好，我最近收到一份沙特的信用证，是做CIF的，其中关于买保险的那个条款，内容我不是太理解，有些地方可能理解的不是太好。麻烦各位高手指点指点，看这个条款具体什么意思，需要注意什么地方和问题。
Insurance policy/ certificate issued in negotiable form endorsed in blank for 110 percent of invoice value, indicating that the insurance is issued irrespective of any deductable either of value or percentage, showing claims payable in saudi arabia covering the following risks from warehouse to warehouse, maring risks as per institute’s cargo clauses’A’ including war risks and risks under strikes, riots and civil, commotions。

保险单或保险凭证以可转让形式,空白背书,按发票金额110%投保,显示在沙特阿拉伯索赔
险别：仓库到仓库，一切险、战争险和罢工、暴动、民变、骚乱。
保单上面险别一栏按信用证原文：covering the following risks from warehouse to warehouse, maring risks as per institute’s cargo clauses’A’ including war risks and risks under strikes, riots and civil, commotions。

保险单或保险凭证，出具成可流通转让形式，空白背书，按发票价值的110%投保，注明所出具的保险不计免赔率，显示在沙特阿拉伯进行赔付，投保下述险别：协会货物A险的海运险包括战争险以及罢工暴动民变险，保险责任起讫为仓至仓。
