议付行给开证行发传真什么，需要我们操作什么吗？
7.supplier should sebd message swift/fax to openning bank within 72 hours of the date of shipment advising the date of shipment amount of bill to be drawn against the shipment and l/c number and a copy of this swift/fax should accompany the shipping documens.

议付行应该在议付前3个工作日之内发SWIFT或者传真给开证行，通知议付金额。 该SWIFT电文或传真件副本必须随正本装运单据一起提交。
