现客户开过来一份保兑的信用证，FOB, 客户制定货代，埃塞俄比亚过来的，有以下几点不是很明白，请大家帮帮忙：第一：.40A: form of documentary credit

通知行是花旗银行，议付行也是花旗银行，我有没有必要要求客户把议付行改为any bank呢？如果不需要的话，我要不要在Citicnsxszn加上at sight呢？
第三:客户要求提交的单据里面有这么一条：
Full set of clean on board ocean bills of lading and one non negotiable copy issued by Ethiopian Shipping Lines S.C./Ethiopian Shipping and Logistics Services Enterprise or its agent marked freight payable at destination.
这一条有没有什么问题呢？
第四：A certificate issued by a captain or vessel owner or agent or company of vessel to be presented stating the following:
1.name of vessel
2.voyage No.
3.bill of lading No. and date
4.port of loading
5.port of discharge
6.number(quantity) of packages
7.gross weight
8.types of goods
9.our L/C No.
10.name of the carrier’s agent
11.and further stating that the vessel shall not call or anchor the ports or enter the territorial waters of the state of Eritrea in route to its destination and that the vessel is not registered.
12.the classification of socities under which the vessel is registered and the country of registration.
The certificate has to be signed and stamped by the issuer declaring that the information provided above are correct and complete.
是不是要出示2个证书（shipping advice和船籍证明），一个由船长或货代出示的shipping advice, shipping advice包括船名，航次，提单号和日期，起运港，卸货港， 数量，毛重，货描，L/C号，船公司代理的名字， 船在行驶过程中不能进入或在厄立特里亚的海湾停靠，后面的这句and the vessel is not registered什么意思？
这个第12条的船籍证明也要写到shipping advice里面吗？能否解释一下第12条具体什么意思呢？另外还需要单独出示一个船籍证明？还是只要把这个船籍证明写到shipping advice里就好了呢？

没有必要改成any bank. BY PAYMENT 的意思就是 AT SIGHT
第三:客户要求提交的单据里面有这么一条：

这一条有没有什么问题呢？
没问题，只要客人指定的货代或船公司是以上2家公司或代理就好

出示1个证书，即船公司证明。你们受益人自己填好内容拿给货代让他们去盖章就好了。第八点8.types of goods如果是货描的话应该表述成description of goods 第十一点and that the vessel is not registered可不可以理解为船没有在厄立特里亚国注册
第十二点要求写清楚该船注册在那个船级社以及注册在那个国家。最后要写一句声明WE HEREBY DECLARE THAT THE INFORMATION PROVIDED ABOVE ARE CORRECT AND COMPLETE
