准备给小孩申请入籍，刚开始读一年级，昨天去学校秘书处问要school record，以为上面会有小孩的照片，结果秘书说没有school record，给了一份学前班的report，盖章。我看CIC上面要求一定要有一份是有照片的文件，有相似经历的TX，你们是怎么弄到的？Two (2) pieces of the child’s personal identificationBoth pieces of identification should show your child’s name and date of birth, one of which must have a photo on it.Examples include:school recordhealth insurance card

这些卡都没办，不过有一张YMCA的卡，是不是幼儿园阶段的学习记录只要列出来，不用提交证明材料呢，第二个孩子在这里出生，也刚刚上了一个月的幼儿园，如果一定要提交，还要去幼儿园出个证明才行。In addition, provide photocopies of official education records for all children in Canada or abroad who were under the age of 18 in the last four (4) years immediately before the date of your application, even if you are not applying for Canadian citizenship on their behalf.
