Sorry I can't type Chinese at work now.My husband's company is transferring several employees to Toronto. My family and nearly all of the colleagues' families want to buy a house when we arrive at Toronto. One of the colleagues got into contact with a Canadian realtor, the agent said that she can give us rebates if two or more families hire her as buyer agent. On the other hand, the Chinese agent that I have contacted never mention giving us rebate. But I feel that the Chinese agent may be easier to work with. So, which one should I choose?
