Presentation 是什么？

那么，如何条理清晰地完成一次presentation呢？
首先，我们需要明确presentation的基本构架，大体可以分为这几部分：
介绍部分、主体部分和结尾部分。
其中，介绍部分作为开头的点睛之笔，尤为重要。它涉及开场白、自我介绍、介绍主题、介绍演讲目的等等，通常观众通过这个部分，就可以对你此次的presentation有一个大致的了解。

1.做presentation的第一步就是问候你的观众，大家可以用以下几句开场白——
Good morning/afternoon, ladies and gentlemen/everyone.
Thank you for coming.
I’m very happy that you’ve come here today.
2.接下来，就是一个简短的自我介绍——
First of all, I’d like to introduce myself.
My name is ...
3.快速进入正题，介绍我们今天的主题——
Today, I’m going to talk about...

The subject/topic of my talk/presentation is ...
4.告诉大家你演讲的目的，让观众明白他们为什么要坐下来听你的演讲——

5.简单梳理今天演讲的大体框架，帮助大家捋顺思路，更好地理解你的内容——

在做presentation的过程中，也有一些让你和其他人拉开差距的小 tips.
1.为了更清晰地阐述自己的观点，小伙伴们可以在演讲过程中多举一些例子，让自己的观点更加具象化，方便观众理解——

2.每做完一个部分，我们可以做一个简短的总结，方便大家更好地理解和记住你的内容——

5.我们可以用互动的方式让观众集中注意力——

6. 如果是group presentation，组员之间不要忘了“承上启下”一下。
在简明扼要总结完自己部分的内容后，下台前可以说：here now is XXX（下一个同学的名字）” or “up next is XXX（下一个同学的名字）”

最后，再跟大家说几个制作PPT的小秘诀！
1. keep it simple
keep it simple可以理解为，不要过度设计——
在PPT中，要尽可能地留白。
要避免大段文字，往往放关键词就已经足够。
不要使用超过2种字体，和3种颜色，最好不要使用花里胡哨的动画。
每页幻灯片最好不要使用超过3张图片。
2.统一风格。这个可以交给上述的几个宝藏PPT网站~
3.善用图表来体现数据，这比你口头描述要清晰得多。
其实，presentation并没有我们想象中的那么难，本质上是一个熟能生巧的技术活，所以我们也不用太紧张~
可以在上台前多读几遍稿子，练习几次，这样也可以缓解紧张的情绪哦！
