The Total Value of contract is $3,600,000 USD. And the Target price is $4.00.
The Total Time of Delivery is 6 months after Agreement have be
entered here in Benin Republic Between you and the buyer. First
Delivery will be made 45 days after the signing of Agreement and
immediately 60% Advance payment will be made Through T/T Bank Wired
Transfer.
The 40% will be paid after the buyer's have receive the bill of
lading for first shipment.

Hello Amelia,
I have discuss this with the executive during yesterday here and they
understand the situation with the pandemic that's what I try to
explain to them , I have checked on the demands for documents and my
partner is the lawyer that will handle every process and you do not
need to come here
meeting with them to save time and with the present situation of the
COV-19, You have to provide the documents below :
1. A copy of your passport or any other identity ( for documentation purpose )
2. A passport photograph
3. Signed contract with your company rubber stamp
4. A photocopy of your company license or registration copy
5. You have to send $1,225 USD after converting the cost from our
local currency XOF of CFA that is the amount needed for me to pay for
documentation purpose as stated in the approval letter, i will have to
obtain this from the ministry and get clearance as a foreign company
receiving such transfer in your foreign account , this is for non drug
and clearance documents which is highly requested here because is not
a domestic company they are sending money to that is the policy here
which is strict cause is not a government tender my friend , all this
they wanted you to come and obtain here and i know how it goes i can
process this , when all this is done then the bank will get
legalized copies and copies go to you via DHL , the first payment will
be done after that, they have approve me and their manager to come to
you for inspection which will take place by end of pandemic relief ,
so i need all this documents and i will send you
details to forward that requested amount for me to finalize things
here at the ministry and chamber of commerce and industry. the sample
will be needed for me to show them here just for quality satisfaction.

让他们提供银行账户，并且在我们给他们打文件费前，先转1000美元的账户测试费测试银行账户是否有效，并且提出需要300美元一款的打样费，付定金后会退还。（合同总额360万美元，贝宁10年前T恤服装出口总额才几百万-1000万美元）

We have potential customers from Benin also constantly learn about the policies here,we understand the currency control in your country.
Please offer us your bank account ,if it's necessary we will cooperate with this aspect.
Also, while you offer your bank account,please transfer us US$1000 ( as account testing expense to test whether the bank information is valid.
Meanwhile,Please send us your original samples for the sample production,the sample making fees will be US$300 /style /color.
Attention:
The account testing fees and samples fees will all return to the bank account you have offered,after you send the deposit of the contract.
Compare to the total amount of the contract,we think is a reasonable and acceptable fees to guarantee the security of this transaction.
After verified your bank account ,and received your sample making fees,we will send the signed contract with stamp ,also remit the necessary documents fees you need.
Then we will start to produce the samples and prepare for the bulk goods,
as we mention in the previous email,you could send the Third-party inspection to check our company and factory and products.

We have searched your company information online through various method and the result is ,there's no data about your company.
