Our sawmill specializes in producing Siberian larch window scantlings. All material are high quality Siberian larch logs from Irkutsk, Siberia.
Our workshop covers as large as 10,000m2 area, inside the workshop we have advanced production equipments. We carry out very strict quality inspection system.
Our standard sizes are 72/84/96 x 86/95/115/125/145, and other special sizes are upon your request.
Our production capacity is 1000m3 per month for DKD and KKK.

现在国外大多数国家是封禁期，邮件不回，电话不接是常态。不要说你这种还是刚接触的所谓客户，就算成交了几年的老客户，这样事情也是常见之事。
#3楼说的对，付款直接消失，货好了几个月的才想起提货的客户多的去。
没有什么事情好奇怪的，做外贸，耐心最重要。

客户如果真想做生意，不会因为你邮件啰嗦而不做的。邮件只是沟通的一个渠道。关键是产品质量+价格+服务。

这种询价报价成功率很低的，一百个询价也未必能成功交易一次。

楼主外语不错的！
感觉你这几个潜在客户，应该是比较专业的！
专业客户，不会因为你一次报价就跟你继续讨论，这是很正常的事情。这些客户都已经有多年的供应商了，轻易不会换的。
作为你来说，应该坚持跟对方联系，不要怕客户烦你，比如说，每个周发个邮件问候下，比如更新下价格给对方，坚持联系三个月看看对方的意思。
邮件不用太长，说关键的问题即可。
