Services
The Bidder or bidder's entity who will provide the after sales support
should have offices rn each admrnistrative division of Bangladesh
having capability and resources to meet warranty claims and after sales
services at district levels. List of sucl.r offices with address and contact
number should be submitted. (Bidder/supplier will be treated as Nonresponsive if they fail to comply with thrs requircments). The bidder or
bidders should provide district wise warranty claim points with valid
telephone numbers to support schools at district level.
34 Warrantv Claims The supplier should meet thc waranty claims at district level within 07
(seven) workir.rg days of notice. In case of warranty clarms not rcsolved
within 7 workrng days, the supplier should provide backup equipment of
same quality to the end uscr for the time until tlre warranty obligations
are l'ullv met.
35 Warranty Minimum 3 years full warranty from the date of receipt by DPE
