新接触的俄罗斯客户 谈了两个柜的单子 价格也确认好了 后面客户发邮件过来说他们需要一些文件，但是我们没有，以前也没有出口过俄罗斯，问下大家 出口俄罗斯需要哪些文件呢？以下是客户邮件内容：
1）文件，确认贵公司的法律地位（公司章程，公司注册证书，公司成立前合同等）。文件应翻译成俄文并按照既定程序合法化。
2）请向您发送您所在国家的商业登记摘要（良好信誉证明）。文件应翻译成俄文并按照既定程序合法化。
至于两个文件，如果你出口到俄罗斯，你应该有它们，如果不是，请向工商会申请获取这些文件。

we need the following documents for contract:
1) Documents, confirming legal status of your company (articles of association, Certificate of Incorporation, pre-incorporation contract & etc.). The documents should be translated into Russian language & legalized in accordance with the established procedure.
2) Pls send to us abstract of trade register of your country (Certificate of Good Standing). The documents should be translated into Russian language & legalized in accordance with the established procedure.
3) Name of our company, address, tel., fax, web-site & etc
4) Name of a person of your company who will sign the contract & document confirms rights of the person to sign contract.
5) Bank & account for payment.
As for two first Documents, if your export to Russia, you should have them,
If no, pls apply to the Chamber of Commerce and Industry to get these documents.
