第一次操作信用证，现在和个无头苍蝇似的，不知道该怎么做，为了方便看，我都手打成小写了，求各位大神们指导47A/ Additional Conditions
1)Insurance covered by the applicant, all shipment details under this credit must be advised by the beneficary within three working days of shipment through courier as well as through faxt to
M/S. THE UNITED INSURANCE COMPANY OF PAKISTAN LTD.,
（底下有地址和传真号）

Reference of insurance cover note/open policy No. UIC/D/T001/0000101043/0417/167-0 dated 2017-04-24 must be given on the shipment advices. copies of shipment advices along with required courer receipt and fax receipt giving full details of shipment(s) must accompany original shipping documents.
翻译：保险由开证申请人负责，在此信用证项下的所有的发货细节，受益人必须在3个工作日内通过传真及快递寄给：M/S. THE UNITED INSURANCE COMPANY OF PAKISTAN LTD. 也通过快递寄给客户下边的内容不太懂，不知道让干什么，求指导
6)B/L to contain name,address and telephone no. of the shipping company's agent at the port of destination
这一条提单让显示目的港船公司代理公司名称地址和电话；应该每个货代都给显示吧？
7)Goods are shipped/trans-shipped on vessels/aircrafts,honoring pakistani laws and regulations regarding vessel's flag,airports,seaports and a certificate or a notation to this effect must be evidenced on the transport documents(s).
这一条是让我显示到提单上吗？我具体改怎么操作？
9)Packing list and invoice/consignment note must be enclosed with the consignments or in case the consignment is packed in the sealed container, the same shoulD be placed inside the container. a certificate to this effect, duly signed by the beneficiary is required with the shipping documents.
这一条完全不懂，我该怎么做？
10)All documents must be presented in english language or with english translation excluding stamps if any.
这一条让所有单据除盖章外，其他都用英文显示；应该没有问题吧？
11) One complete set of non-negotiable documents must be dispatched to the applicant by courier service and beneficiary's certificate to this effect must accompany the original documents.
这一条我是把提单扫描用快递寄给客户，并且我们出一个证明，把证明一起交单。我的理解对吗？如果出证明的话，我该怎么写？
12)Certificate from shipping line or nominated agent confirmaing that vessel is complying with the terms mentioned in institute classification clause must accompany the original shipping docuemnts.
这个是让我出船公司证明吗？具体怎么出？
13)Shipment on vessels under flag of sanctioned countries not allowed. shipment/transshipment from ports of sanctioned countries not allowed.
翻译：装运船只禁止悬挂受制裁国家的旗帜，装运港不允许受制裁的国家的港口；这一条我该具体怎么做？
14)First lot of documents must include all three original bills of lading and the second lot include three no negotiable bills of lading.
这一条要求提单出3正3副，我的理解对不？

愁死了，好多附加条款

主要看LC上规定所需要的文件是什么，然后所需要的文件不要和附加条款有矛盾，因为附加条款只是要求。
第9条的意思就是：集装箱上内门上需要贴上发票箱单（巴基斯坦海关规定），然后你出一个受益人证明，证明自己已经按要求把发票箱单贴上去了。
前面的什么显示电话之类的，把要求告诉你的货代就好了，让他显示，他会想办法的。
