We therefore, invite you to revisit your restrictive terms,
considering the fact that this is going to be large quantities and on
long term basis and if all goes on well you will become our sole
supplier since this is going to be annual purchase we shall sign
contract with you for being our sole supplier. We also would wish to
avoid breakages in our delivery
cycle that may be caused by temporary lack of cash flow.
If you ok with our payment term i can go ahead and send our company
financial documentations that will assist your credit agencies to
investigate upon our company
