最近遇到了一票投诉问题，希望的大侠们可以帮帮我，看怎么回复比较合适。由于跟客人，或者客人跟直接客人没有沟通好，导致大货布料的颜色有点色差，客人就让我们索赔。。如下是客人给的两个方案，有点多啊！！！
总的金额也才7740美金！最多只能给95折。

She asked us 2 things.
1st : 0.20$ off on each unit for the ‘not good color of the fabric’
Or
2nd : 1 000 units with english version of the logo – on the good color of fabric – door to door – delivery to my office all included.
What do you think about these choices ?
