大家好，以下是客人发得关于OA付款方式的解释说明，请教各位资深人士，这样操作可行吗？先谢谢啦！Here is our business model for OA orders:
1) NB Trading owns the Brand name "AA" which is a Google Certified, Microsoft approved & Intel partner.
2) NB Trading opens a DBA (Doing Business As) in the U.S. under the factory's name, Example Factory X (U.S. citizens can open 200 DBA's there is no limit).
3) The Major U.S. Chain Store, Walmart, .... will issue the PO directly to Factory X through NB Trading. This satisfies the U.S. retailers need to sell to a U.S. entity (DBA) and satisfies Sinosure by having Factory X on the PO. (Retailers credit needs to be pre- approved by Sinosure for 60 day payment terms)
4) The PO goes to Sinosure from Factory X and it is insured.
5) Retailers payment is wired to NB Trading DBA "Factory X" bank account or a U.S. drop box for immediate disbursement to the factory.
NB Trading handles customer service and warranty repair for the retailer in the U.S., which protects the factory from the retailer paying late.
NB Trading has a Hong Kong Business License and a Hong Kong business account. NB Traing does not have credit with Sinosure because we are never issued the credit from Sinosure, the U.S. retailer receives the credit. We have sold over 30 million in sales in the last 4 years and Sinosure has no clue we are around. We have 4 factories that are doing this OA model with us now.
