大家好！ 我稀里糊涂的在饰品外贸这个圈子， 做了快两年了， 偶尔也有点小单子， 混混日子。最近都用facebook在开发新的客户， 期间最有成就感的就是在十月中旬，开发了一个美国客户，主要是我们的款式吸引了客户，然后就开始联系。
从款式的挑选， 打样，寄样，付样品费， 一切都很顺利。就在上个礼拜，也就是12月八号， 收到了客人这样的邮件：right now we are soooo busy with the holiday sales I have not had time to make final decisions – I will try this week. I’ll be in touch.
今天14号了。 依然没有回复，纠结啊， 纠结啊， 各位大神， 我该怎么办啊！！！！！

你就不能等等？你14号，人家才13号，还是半夜，还是星期日，另外美国圣诞节快到了，还剩10来天，你做的又是饰品，就算采购也不是用在接下来的圣诞和新年了。有点耐心吧骚年。

The items I would like to order for a trial run are below along with some questions:

WFNC-19068 turquoise - is this dyed howlite or dyed magnesite? can you tell me stone gram weight? on the ID bar I would prefer it to have no writing, just plain, can you do that?
WFER-18935 – can you add a regular style clutch to these (not just the rubber stopper)?
WFNC-19067 blue - what stone is this? can you tell me stone gram weight? can you make with cable chain that you use on WFNC-19069?

WFNC-12314 – this is a really great necklace. Are these glass settings? What is my price on this piece as I did not see it on the paperwork? Some settings of the black pieces are not even, they are set slightly crooked and my customers will return stuff like that and I will end up having to scrap it which gets costly.
WFRI-7911 - what sizes do you offer?
So basically we do have some concerns with quality. I would be willing to pay 10% more on the prices to ensure a higher quality product, smoother finish, smoother more consistent plating, perfect settings. Please confirm if you can make the requested changes. Because of our concerns I would like to only order 60 pieces of each of these to start as I want to see the quality of production order before we commit to larger quantities and/or additional products.
