透秘人同意告知受秘人，同时受秘人也同意接受情报信息，并通过评估情报信息价值以决定是否对双方商业合作感兴趣！

终于在一个法律网站查到DISCLOSER的翻译 应该是披露方 和接受方

对披露方披露的保密内容，接受方在此同意：除用于内部评估其与披露方的感兴趣的商业合作关系之外，任何时候均不得透漏该保密内容
这是参考以上网站的，没有有心刷版，只是找了好几次资料去对证
