印尼客户要付预付款了，需要我们银行出具一份银行保函，给出的范本如下，谁给翻译一下，再看看有没有陷阱之类的，需要客户修改的：We understand from our customer, .... ("Seller我公司"), that they have delivered to you （客户）.... for a total value of .... You have retained the last installment of .... % of the invoice value, until the end of the guarantee period. The sum retained may, however, be paid now to the seller against presentation of a warranty bond.
