喜欢在写日志前听几遍和唱一遍自己喜欢的某首歌，这回选择的是《朋友别哭》。请了一个音乐专业的王氏本家帮忙点评我对这首歌的翻唱，她说听起来有一定的“歌的感觉”了，只是欠吕方的那种声音的美感和颤感，另外就是一直很严重的气息问题。我终究会改善的，谢谢那位本家~即将毕业的她前天已经来深圳，在这边工作了，O(∩_∩)O~加油！
朋友别哭，吃辣椒的时候落泪是很不应该的。另一个角度，想借酒消愁的朋友，不妨借指天椒消愁，更痛快，痛把愁扼杀，能很快入戏而后很快醒辣，消愁后还能驾车，高效，健康，安全，实乃消愁人士的不二之选。
是谁，圆女生减肥和美容的梦想？是谁，帮人们驱除体内毒素，增强人体抵抗力？更是谁，带给人们世上最清新的味道？是辣椒。那么是谁，因为喜欢吃辣，最后成为一国之君？是毛主席。
辣椒给人们的好处，数不胜数。它在我心里早已超越了食物的概念。当被问及爱好，我一般只回答我的最大爱好是唱歌，其实我的爱好有好些，比如，户外型之爬山（爬个羊台山或南山什么的中途不用歇气），跑步（跑过好几次五千米了），骑自行车（脱手时可以转大圈，扶手时可以飞跃1.5米的大坑），打乒乓球（小学时~曾连续两年驰骋校乒乓场；长大后，我就成了你。。）等等；户内型之看电影（喜欢看一些酷酷的中文或英文电影模仿其中对白。），听歌（有时一天只听一首歌），上网（逛逛更健康），反省（吾日三省乎吾身）；户外户内型之，赏辣（观辣色，闻辣香，品辣味）。
或许不是每个人都知道，辣味并不属于味觉，而是一种疼痛感。“他说风雨中这点痛算什么”，所以为什么要怕辣呢？而事实上，辣椒营养丰富（富含维生素C、胡萝卜素、B族维生素、膳食纤维以及钙、铁、磷、钾、镁等多种营养成分），可入药，所以有种流传于王中飞燕的说法，感受辣椒，天下无菜。当然，也并不是每个人都适合吃辣。不过，只因为怕辣而不吃辣的人，我是感到挺惋惜的。有些人表面上是因为怕上火或者长痘痘而不吃辣，事实上更多地是因为心理作用以及不知正确吃辣。容易上火是因为体虚，需加强锻炼，辣椒可帮助测验和改善；容易长痘痘是因为体内毒素过多，辣椒帮忙把毒素逼出来。总之，我十分偶尔长痘痘的时候，一吃辣就好了，而非常偶尔上火的时候，吃辣也并未影响康复周期。
生活中常见的辣椒主要是青椒、大红椒（这两种没辣味但是可让人图个心理安慰，也算是沾辣椒了~）、湖南椒（正宗的农家小炒肉里一般就是用的这种，有辣味但即使吃多了都不会伤身，而适量吃更是益处多多，所以湖南人大多很健康）以及我最爱的指天椒（农家小炒肉里我会让厨师帮忙加部分指天椒。。我承认此刻我又嘴馋了）。差点忘了四川人比较爱吃的花椒~~深圳有很多湘菜馆和川菜馆，我没研究过它们的差别，因为一般都是选择湘菜馆，相对来说好像是湘菜较鲜辣而川菜较麻辣。引述一点常识，世界上最辣的辣椒是国产的涮涮辣，比指天椒辣了好几十倍。而辣椒终究是食物，涮涮辣都有人吃，所以对湖南椒和指天椒咱只管放心吃。
听！辣椒在唱歌！它的天性是快乐，为了人类健康而周折，全世界数它最独特。
纵观生命之长河，辣椒助你做强者。今年送礼送什么？不送辣椒太吝啬。

I love to listen to a song I like some times and sing that song one time before writing an article, the song <Pls don't cry, my friends> is chosen this time. Actually I've recorded my singing that song to a MP3 format file and a friend, belonging to Clan Wang and majored in Music, has helped give some references to that. She told me that it sounds like real song already but my singing is lack of the professional aesthetics and trill which Lv Fang is good enough at. What's more, I still have big problem on singing breath but I swear I'll solve it. Thank this friend who will graduted soon this year so much, there is a great news that she has come to Shenzhen the day before yesterday for begining her job. Cheer up!
Pls don't cry, my friends. It should't make you cry at all when eating pepper. On the other hand, I'd like to advise those who wanna drown their sorrows, why not try to use Podpepper instead of the wine? It would be more piquant! And you can drive after dispeling your sorrows without being guilty at all! It's a healthier, safer and more efficiency choice unless you don't love yourself.
Who helps girls realize the dreams to reduce weight and improve looks? Who helps people to lustrate toxin in vivo? And who brings the most fresh taste to people? It's the Pepper! Then who became State President because of loving eating pepper? He is our great President Mao!
The advantages pepper brings to people is more than one can count. Its significance in my opinion exceeds being just a kind of delicious food. When asked about hobbies, generally I answer that my biggiest hobby is singing. While in fact I have many hobbies. For instance, outdoor hobbies such as climbing moutains(No rest needed when climbing Nanshan), running(Several times running 5KM journey already), riding a bicycle(When riding without using my hands I could play circles; When riding with hands I can fly over holes with 1.5m diameter), playing Pingpong(When I was a pupil, I've ever been a leading Pingpong player~~at least once. And when I'm a man, I become someone...), and so on; Indoor hobies such as watching movies(I would try to imitate dialogues from some cool Chinese or English movies), Listening to songs(Sometimes I listen to a single song repetitively during the whole day), Surfing the internet(Suufing makes one more healthy), Self-examination(I do it 3 times a day~), Outdoor & Indoor hobbies such as~Enjoying pepper(Observe the colors, smell the fragrant, taste the taste~).
All people may not know that(特注：部分否定，请不要误会该句的意思), the so called "piquancy of pepper" doesn't belong to real gustation, actually it's sense of a kind of pain. "he said the pain mean nothing in the wind and rain", so why should piquancy be afraid of? In fact, pepper has abundant nutrition(abundant with Vitamin C, Carotene, B-Complex Vitamins, dietary fiber and nutrient component such as calcium, iron, phosphorus, potassium, magnesium and so on), it can be used as medicine. So there is a saying originated in Flying Swallow that, once felt the pepper deeply you would find no better dishes. While surely, all people may not adapt to eating pepper. But I feel sorry for those who reject pepper just because of fearing the piquancy. Some people don't eat pepper because on the surface they believe that pepper would bring them pimples or oral ulcer, the real reason is that they don't know how to eat pepper properly and they have their passive psychologica effects. Those who are easy to get oral ulcer are actually weak so more exercises are needed, pepper can help them test and improve; Those who are favoured by pimples because they have too much toxin in vivo and pepper helps to dislodge the toxin. Anyhow, as I've experenced that, when I get pimples occasionally, pimples would disappear after I eat pepper; And more occasionally when oral ulcer attacks me, eating pepper never delay the recovery period.
The most common peppers are Green pepper, Big red pepper,(These 2 kinds have least piquancy but can still bring some people mental comfort that they are pepper anyway), Hunan Pepper(the kind used in the authentic dish named "Shredded Pork with Vegetables", with stated piquancy but they don't hurt your body even if you eat a lot of them. And it's known that appropriate ammount pepper would only do good to human, that's why Hunan people are quite hearthy), and my favourate Pod pepper(Generally I'd love to ask the cook to put some Pod pepper into the Shredded Pork with Vegetables~~I admit that my mouth are watered again...). Sorry I nearly forget about the Pricklyash Peel which is mainly loved by Sichuan people. There are many Hunan restaurants and Sichuan restautants in Shenzhen, I didn't research on their differences because mostly I go to the former ones, but generally it is said that Hunan people prefer fresh piguancy while Sichuan people prefer hot piguancy. To quota some knowledge here that, the most spicy pepper in the world is Pepper Shuanshuan made in China, it's tens of times spicy than Pod pepper. Pepper is pepper, it's a kind of food for people anyway. Pepper Shuanshuan can be eat, so you can save all your worries on eating Hunan Pepper or Pod pepper.
Listen! The pepper is singing! Happiness is its nature, it's the most special because it is strugling only for the health of human being. When we see through the long river of lives, pepper helps people to be stronger. What shall be gift this year? You can't be too illiberal if you forget pepper.
