原文：很抱歉，我们的样品的没赶上装船时间，最近是中国的网上购物狂欢节导致快递爆仓直到周六下午tracy才收到我的样品，可惜来不及了
请问我们将采取什么方式为您寄送样品呢

sincere apologize！we failed to send our sample on board in time.The double 11 shopping spree in China made almost all of the express companies “disabled” .Tracy just received our sample last Saturday and unfortunately its already too late.So pleas tell us if there is any other way we can send you a sample.

sincere sorry,our sample didn't catch shipment on time,the reason is that recently China domestic shopping carnival leads to express industry paralysis,so tracy recieve my samples until Saturday,but it's too late!So which kind of ways do you want us to sent samples to your side?

Sorry to inform you that the sample was failed to catch the vessel as scheduled because of the courier is being getting stucked these days due to online shopping carnival in China now. Its too late for Tracy to arrange vessel when she received our sample on last Sat. In this case, would you pls let me know if there is any other way we can send you samples.
多说一句，在这种情况下， LZ最好是给客人建议怎么把样品发出去， 而不是简单的问客人该怎么做。

Sorry, we failed to load the sample in time. Due to the online shopping spree in China, couriers almost shutdown, and tracy didnt get my sample till the Saturday afternoon, which means we were late. May I ask any other way we can send you the sample?
