In case receipt the pre-pricing cash deposit with amount agreed by Seller required under
Clause 8.PAYMENT payment, the Buyer shall be net cash in USDfor 95%( ninety five percent)
invoice value by telegraphic transfer ("T/T") to Seller’s nominated account prior to delivery and
against presentation of the following copy documents no later than 25th January 2015:

订舱单回签后买方应该通过电汇将货物金额15%的预付款汇至买方指定的账户。
如根椐第八条付款之约定，需要卖方预收得到其同意的定价之前的现金预付款,则买方应该通过美元将发票金额的95%通过电汇汇至卖方指定的账户。这一行为应该在交货之前和卖方提交不晚于2015年1月25日以下单据副本之时完成。
