08) 1st part can change the Invoice value for showing in Karachi custom or any Pakistan custom and 2nd part will no objection.09) 1st part will combine ship with two or more then two item and make one B/L then 2nd part will no objection. And also 1st part can change the exporter name and addresses in Bill of landing then 2nd part will no objection. And also 1st part can change the name of Exporter and addresses in Invoice for custom then 2nd part will no objection.
10) 2nd part delivers the goods to any forwarder in china as per instruction of 1st part.
11) 2nd part pay full amount + local goods destination ship from to arrive port expense + duty + others taxes if the goods found other then or not same as real Invoice in Karachi custom or any Pakistan custom examination report.
12) 1st part only change the value of real Invoice for showing Custom Invoice to save custom duty and 2nd part will no objection. But 1st part cannot change the description of goods in Invoice for custom.
13) 1st part and 2nd part read the point No. 1 to 13 and both part agree. If 2nd part violate then pay the penalties as per desire of 1st part along with advance money (which is received from 1st part) to 1st part.
