大体意思是这样，但是中文表达与英文还是有些出入。不太专业。

个人想法是：难用中文表达通顺的应该是前面这段“Notwithstanding anything contained herein a party shall not be prevented”，如果单纯按照英文表达来这样翻译“尽管于此包含的任何东西，但是一方并不能被妨碍…………”，中文显得很生硬不顺， 换种表达方式如“在此协议条件下，一方仍然有权……"这样会通顺一点。
希望有高手指点！

什么法律合同都是玩文字游戏，很多东西都是重复重复再重复，同一个意思几个词放一起，尤其是英文的，罗里吧嗦，唧唧歪歪，就是要玩死脑袋，我的爹！
