因為近來您們出貨交期異動頻繁,造成我們在安排生產上很大的困難… 前次延遲出貨時間超長,導致工廠倉庫爆滿,無法進行生產 因而造成工人沒工作可做而多數離職我司業務經理在前幾次信件裡已經告知過您們此狀況,除非您們可以擬好確定的訂單預估表,讓我們重新安排招募人員生產,否則這3~4個月內生產量將無法像從前一樣,因為人員需要培訓
也因此除非,您們的交期有確認可以出貨,我們才會進行安排生產
從現在起我們計畫,我們將每週與您確認當月的出貨排程 ,如有任何改變 也請提早15個工作天通知 並得到我們的確認,否則將按照您們原訂出貨日期出貨
為了讓您具體了解我們的狀況,我們舉了以下例子:
例如:1.在5月會議時告知6月後出貨將不會再有問題,但直到6/31原先預定要出貨的訂單到了7月5日仍然無法順利出貨
2.訂單123您在7/2信件告知因為沒有庫存,需要儘快交貨,您們在7/10告知美國接受出貨,但因為此品項不足櫃,我們建議湊成整櫃出貨,但直到現在,您們也無法跟我們確認是否可以湊櫃出貨或散貨出口
3.按照原先美國給予的交期,我們船務部持續上aa系統訂艙,因為每一次都依照排程大量訂櫃,最後卻只出零星櫃子,導致船東對我司佔用資源,無法讓他們船艙有效利用非常生氣
總合以上各方面狀況,工廠並非是魔術師,任何生產都需要事先計畫 才能購料生產以致如期出貨
未來接單請務必要讓我們如期出貨,若有任何不確定的交期,我們就無法接單,若導致任何延誤交期,也恕不負責

Your side changed the delivery time frequently, which brought us big trouble arranging production. The long delay of the delivery time led the warehouse to the fullest. Our factory cannot move on with the production. This made many workers have nothing to do then leave their jobs.
Our business manager has informed you about the matter. We cannot finish the quantity as before in 3-4 months, unless you give me the certain order forecast table, allowing us to recruit the workers to make the production. Because the workers need training before starting working.
Additionally, you should make sure that we can delivery, or we won’t make the bulk production.
We plan to inform you of the weekly production to arrange the same month’s delivery schedule from now on. If any change, please kindly let us know 15 working days in advance for confirmation. Or we will delivery according to the original delivery time.
In order to make you know completely about our state, I list the examples as follow:
1.At the meeting in May, informed that it is Ok to deliver before 31th, June. But you didn’t make it until 5th, July.
2.Your side told us in email on 2th,July that you have no storage so hope the delivery as soon as possible. Then 10th, July, we were informed that you accept the delivery in America. But the cargo cannot fill the whole counter. We advised to add a whole counter, you don’t confirm back until now.
3.According to the original delivery time given by America, our shipping department book the vessel on the system aa. We book large cabins, but we only deliver small quantity of counters. This irritates the ship company for wasting their resources.
To sum up, the factory is not the magician. Any production matters need detailed planning in advance. Then we can buy the materials to make production until the delivery.
We need the actual delivery time in the future orders. If not, we may not accept. Any problem for uncertain delivery time, we will not answer for the problems.
