给客户寄了样品，客户发来的邮件是这样的：Regarding samples, I like them; but regarding the floor with 1mm wood; my clients dont like it; because they want the T & G floor.
They want this system because they say is better for the movement of the wood, and that the sub floor it doesnt need to be so smooth.
So; they like the finish of the wood, but not the product. I told you market here is very special and traditional.
谁能告诉客户具体说的T&G FLOOR 是什么地板吗 ？ 还有这句“they like the finish of the wood, but not the product” 困惑....

地板是木制半成品而不是成品。
后面客人有添加了那么一句话：I told you market here is very special and traditional
这边的市场很特别也很传统,所以他们只需要半成品而不是成品。。

企口地板不是可以自行拆装的吗?

他们想要这样的地板是因为他们说企口地板的木板更便于移动/拆除。那是底层地板所以不需要太光滑。。。(应该是客人要在企口地板上面再铺其他东西吧)
