我是外贸新人，有个客户是新加坡的，问我们公司索要样品。我想要客户给DHL下单过来取样品，用英语应该怎么表达呢？
样品费用是100元，邮费当然是客户自己付了。

no, dear, ask customer to call, even though they have the account, don't make the risk at your side, unless you totally trust him or he's your old customer

dhl快递只收公司快件，个人的件不收取的，打个dhl快递电话就可以上门收货

不要总是为客户着想，觉得他们不方面，能自己做的就自己做了，我是外贸新人，刚刚入职没有几个月，我刚刚来一个多月的时候，我们公司一个老业务员就遇到了沙特拒付运费的情况，样品收了，但是拒绝付运费，说让寄方付，然后联邦快递就过来找我们要了，不付还不行，因为有条款是收方不付寄方要付。我们同事联系对方，就是不承认，后来就不理了，邮件也不回复。最后没有办法，我们公司付了。

Please contact with DHL to pick up the sample from our side. The sample charge is 100RMB,and you should the pay the postage.
