加拿大进出口外贸大家请帮忙翻译,感谢了,老外看不明白

前天接了一个小小的单子,本来是发DHL的,DHL现在说之前的报错价格,现在要发的话,运费比之前高了20%,但价格我报了客户,也汇了钱过来,所以我唯有找联邦快递寄出,我是这样说,但客户看不明白大家帮忙:

中文是:“今天我拿货去发,dhl说之前报错价,现在价高了百分之二十,本来这单工厂也没攒什么钱,如果按dhl发工厂要亏本,现在我联系联邦发,价格和之前差不多,6到十天能到你那”
翻译为英文:“Today I took  the goods to send, but DHL said the price  before is wrong, and now the  price  high 20%,
In fact, the factory is no more profit from that,
if sned by DHL ,factories will  lose money,
So now I contact the FedEX, and the freight is  the same as before, 6 to 10 days can reach

大家帮忙看看,老外说,You had coated me both the price of the rims and the freight with DHL, so I don't understand what your saying now, we never spoke of FedEx an I know they don't take Ten days to do anything.

客人应该是没有看懂你的英文,建议你再写一封邮件如下:
I am sorry if I did not describe my situation clearly in the earlier mail.

You are right that we have quoted you price including the rim and the freight.Originally,I intended to send it by DHL as
quoted,however,DHL just informed me that they had under-estimated the freight cost and now they would like to increase
their original offer by 20%,which is way too much for the the factory,who just has a very small profit margin.They will end
up losing money if they had to send the goods via DHL with the revised offer.To slove this problem,I had contacted with
Fedex and they had given a price close to my original freight while it will take around 6-10days to reach you.
I hope that this option is acceptable to you.

I am regretful to inform you that something out of expectation occurs. DHL refused the delivery of goods and wanted to charge for extra 20 percent of prices. However, the extra expenses will leave almost no margin of our profit. What about FedEX? They promised to have your goods reached in ten days. Please understand our awkward situation. Sorry for my presumptuous request. 求指导

我觉得三楼的更简洁些,不要说那么复杂,直接告诉他你要表达的意思,还有一定要诚恳

1、建议后继PI内注明几个快递, i will say: DHL, FEDEX, UPS within  xxx days,  几天内有效,国际运费价格变化很快,如果客人指定快递,更需要列清时间有效期, 相比三家运费及服务:DHL 及UPS 较好
2、遇到这种问题,我会换一种说法,不推荐直接说高了多少钱,客人会认为价格是你报错的,你该承担这部份,其实你谨要提供的是解决方案以及去刺探一下客人的反应。FYI

The sample are finish and will soon arrange shipping, but since DHL increase shipping cost very high of total price, i would like arrange Fedex to instead of DHL with same period shipping day also with good service.  Let me know you idea then i can arrange shipping timely.
