I will inform the factory to hold the production until there is a solution to the case. Is it a problem to the XX channel size based on customer's report? Can you ask them to provide such specification doc or drawing for factory's corrective actions? We don't know how this will affect the stocks without the criteria documents.
Please also give us an estimate rework cost on customer side. We will have a discussion with the factory. Tks.

According to the complaint from the customers, do they mean no standards are set for PZ Drives?
Could you please provide standard documents or artworks for the supplier to improve by referring to the standards.
The supplier has some goods in store at present, but standards are required for quality confirmation.
Furthermore, what about the rework fee for the customers? If it is too high, there's a need to negotiate with the supplier.
