各位大侠打扰了，请帮忙翻译下，（语气委婉些）急！非常感谢！我想对客人说这2款货物即使重新生产大货我们也无法保证能通过检测，所以希望客人能取消这2款或者用其他的来代替。就像上一单货，货1月份已经发给你了可是现在您才通知我们检测不通过，我们已经付款给工厂了，这样我们的损失也挺大的。所以希望以后这款不确定能通过的检测的产品能够取消。

well,I am afraid that we could not guarantee that those two items would pass the inspection even if we re-arrange for the mass production.Therefore,is it possible for you to cancel these two items or could you take other items instead?
Actually,we are in a tough spot as well,taking the last order for example,you did not inform us the failure of the test until
now while the goods had been shipped to you in Jan.We had paid to the factory before your complaint,consequently,we
suffered big losses also.We hope that you could cancel this item,for which you are not sure whether it will pass the test.
