合同中有两句话，感觉理解不明白，怕意思理解反了。a) Within the scope of this agreement, individual clauses of the agreement do not apply in so far as they are in contradiction with contracts, e.g. purchasing or development contracts, or in so far as express arrangements are laid down in these contracts.
The effectiveness of the remaining terms is not hereby impaired.
b)The purchaser inspects the products obtained from the supplier, after receiving them, for compliance as to quantity and identity with the order as well as for visible damage of the packaging outer carton. In the rest, the purchaser is dispensed from the examination and complaint obligation.
这是印度客户发过来的一个质量合同 对于他们的用词和语法理解无能啊，等待大神们的解救啊！！在线等，急！！

此份协议范围内的单个条款如果和合同，如采购合同或开发合同产生矛盾的话，则该条款不再适用。同时，如果这些单个条款和这些合同中注明的快捷安排条款产生矛盾的话,亦也再适用。(这么不知道express arrangement具体指的是什么，字面先译成快捷安排条款)

采购方在收到供应商货物之后，根椐订单对数量和标识进行一致性检验，同时检验外包装是否有明显破损。此外，免除采购方对于检验和抱怨的义务。(也就是这个检验不是义务性的，在将来可以进行二次检验和投诉）。

a)在协议的范围内，协议的个别条款只要与合同相抵触即不适用，例如，购买合同或者开发合同中只要在合同中规定了运输条款，其余的条款的有效性不受损
b）买方对货物的查验包括：在供应商处检查；收到货物后，对其规格和数量是否相符以及外包装有无可见的损失的检查，此外，买方从检查和投诉中免责。
