receive the commission as soon as you receive the contract payment
from the Ministry.
随后我问他具体什么意思，他回复：
2, My commission will be paid by the ministry through you, that is why
i request you to put it in the Proforma invoice so that the ministry
will send the commission to your account and you will return it for
us.
我还是不明白。这是一个非洲新客户，按他说的要货数量应该挺大的 会是骗子吗？
有遇到过这种情况的吗 求翻译

说的是佣金的事。
切记我的佣金要算在发票中。这样才能通过你们的账户再返给我。

不管他是真是假，收到货款再返1%给他。
