各位，求帮忙翻译下保函条款We shall fully indemnify you or any of you against any demand and/or claims whatsoever which may arise or may be presented against you or any of you by anyone purporting to be the owner and/or consignee of the said consignment and/or by their forwarders and/or by any third person claiming any rights in respect of or relating to your delivering the said consignment without presentation of the said bill(s) of lading.
We furthermore agree that the carrier's lien for all charges shall continue after the release of the above shipment and such lien on the goods shall be unaffected by terms hereof.
