客人的货好了，但是我要问他出货是由他指定船公司，还是我们订船。如果我们订船，需要什么样的船和船期，客人的港口这些问题，英文邮件应该怎么写呀？？评论

your fixed shipping company or just by us ,and if you wanna we book the shipping space ,what's your requirement ahout the vessel 、the shipment and the destination .

一般情况下，客人如果没有指定货代。用自己的船公司，那就是什么的船期就通知他就可以了。你们的合同上没有港口的吗？
你这样先写了：The bulk products finished, could you pls advise your forwarder information? So that we can make shipping booking.客人回复邮件了，你再回复了，不用一次性把话说完的。
