您好！ VAT费用是我们在目的港清关的时候预付，到时候这笔费用会退回给你的账户，所有能否在你给我们打定金的时候连同VAT一起打给我们，到时候目的港会把这笔钱退给你。

Dear Sir,
VAT cost will be prepaid by us when we make customs clearance at the destination port and this amount of money will be returned to your account. Is that possible for you to remit us the VAT charge together with the deposit(advanced payment) ? Again please note this money will come back to you when goods arrive the destination port.
