请问这是怎样一种付款方式，能不能用呢。没有做过这种方式。

意思是见提单付90%，货到后付10%
这个多数要通过中介，银行，或者是什么
方法倒是可行，但是作为本人来说是不会接受这种付款方式的
货到客户那边，有任何的小问题都有可能扣你10%的款
简单来说，货到客户手里了，剩下那10%他付跟不付完全看他意愿
这样的付款方式，除非你们做好打九折的打算

不知道这个是怎么操作的，如果是提单交由银行客户付款买单的话就有点像信用证的操作方式了
如果是信用证的话倒是没什么问题，注意操作就好了

90% payment will be released on submission of dispatch documents to Bank while balance
10% payment will be released on receipt and acceptance of store by the consignee.
All bank charges incurred in Pakistan in connection with the establishment of L.C will be borne by the
purchaser, whereas all bank charges incurred in connection with drawing of payment including charges
for confirmation of L.C by the advising Bank / Foreign Bank will be borne by the supplier."
2. Company Profile including store supplied in Pakistan and trading worldwide be provided.
3 The quotation must remain Valid for; at least 90 days form the date of opening of tenders.
4 The quotation should hold good for any reduced or enhanced quantities without notice.
5. A letter of representation/distributorship from manufacturer to local supplier to be accompanied with the offer.

第一段这里没什么问题，客户做的是不可撤销的信用证，这里要确认下是否是at sight（即期）还是远期的，一般是60-90天付款。

第二段也没什么问题，发生在巴基斯坦境内的银行杂费又买方负责，发生在中国银行杂费由卖方负责，这个是常规条款。

5. A letter of representation/distributorship from manufacturer to local supplier to be accompanied with the offer.卖方需要开出一份代表/分销商的证明。（应该就是证明你们之间的合作关系的，这个自己写写吧）
总体来说没什么问题，但是具体的还要等对方信用证草稿开过来再审证，毕竟银行只认最终开出来信用证的正本。
还有就是关于10%尾款的问题，这里如果是新客户的话最好能争取让他100% L/C，因为L/C本身操作起来很烦，出完货以后你还盯着这10%的尾款催，从各个方面来说对卖方都是不利的。
巴基斯坦客户的话，还有一点就是要注意对方公司信誉以及开证行的实力问题。
