1.Seller might use returnable (rotables) pallets owned by Seller, which will always remain the property of Seller, and shall be returned or collected in accordance with the instructions of Seller.2.Where Seller makes an offer, Seller may, unless stated otherwise in writing, revoke the offer until ten (10) days have elapsed following the day on which Seller received Purchaser's acceptance of that offer.
3.If Seller uses list prices for the Products sold, the prices payable for the Products shall be Seller's list prices valid at the time of dispatch.

卖方可能使用他们自己所拥有的可归还的托盘，这可以永远保持卖方的财产权，且可根据卖方的指示进行归还和收集。
在卖方提出要约后，卖方可能，除非另有书面规定，否则必须要在要约撤销之前的十（10）天过去后在这一天收到买方接受的报盘。
如果卖方使用已售产品价格表，产品的价格应在卖方定价有效调度的时间内可付。

卖方可自备可回收的托盘，并指定发货后托盘的收集和回收方式。托盘为卖方所有。
2.Where Seller makes an offer, Seller may, unless stated otherwise in writing, revoke the offer until ten (10) days have elapsed following the day on which Seller received Purchaser's acceptance of that offer.
除另行书面说明外，卖方可在收到买方对报价的确认之后10日内取消报价。（允许你后悔，不过不给你太长时间后悔）

卖方对所卖货物的标价应为发货时货物的支付价格。（就是叫你别涨价）
