Our Finance Director has asked the following:-Please send me your answers?
Please confirm how the samples are being shipped? Are we arranging from this end, or should we be adding freight onto the cost of the samples?
Equally the bank charges for this small payment are a significant proportion – can they take credit card?, especially since we do not have Bank details.
What would be the freight costs for the proposed 3months quantity, and thus what would be the true landed cost?

问你货物怎么运输，是不是我们负责到底（指货物送到客户手里），是不是要在样品上加上运费，由于我们没有银行信息（难道是木有银行外汇帐号？），他们是不是接受信用卡，银行费用是不是一样（信用卡支付和一般公司转帐），出3个月的量，运费（指到岸价）是多少

他们接不接受信用卡？他们是指什么，另外客户没有外汇账号就不可以转账给我们了吗？

这句话的意思就是你对方的财务主管认为这么一个小的货样,如果通过银行汇款的话,银行手续费占了一个很大的比例(他们嫌银行手续费高),问你们是否接受信用卡付款,同时你们的汇款资料还没有给他们.
