The same parts have been sold to many customers, no one didn't give any feedback on quality issues.Anyway, we appreciate if you can cancel prosecute , we will try our best to control the quality in the future.

Same items of the goods have been selling to our other clients very well until now, there's without any quality issues from them.
We would be very thankful if you'd withdraw the suing, and let's work together to find out the problems and get them solved.
