我之前的邮件是新的产品要加价15%，客人回复如下：In this year I am supporting many increase of transport and change coins, now a new tax, I cannot support 15 % mas, other years your you know that I have supported many increases, now it is not possible, I need your help, Already I have also 3 % of salary for packing, this everything ends up by reverberating in loss for my business, The business at europa do not belong good, I want to work with a good product and need the best price, the competition is very strong
This year I need your help and I will extend mas my purchases I am working with new points of sale
But always for my, important mas is the quality and the best design, is very important
I wait to be able to possess your support （客人大概意思是15%太多不想加价）
现在我们的意思是：一定要加价，加15%连成本都不够，现在已经是成本大于给客人的价格了。
请福友们帮忙想想要怎么回复，本姑娘在此先谢过！

i have been trying to accommodate many varies actually
