1)D/A this is 30days document acceptance meaning you make shipment of the goods and send to us the bill of lading after 30days the goods arrives at our local sea port which is cotonou seaport we will make payment to you.
2)partnership this means you come over here and open office and be shipping the goods to us while you place the price we will should sale it in our local market as i will be operating for you on monthly payment from you and commission.
3)you can also ship the goods and come over here with the bill of lading when the goods arrives here we clear the goods and sale under your supervision and or directions PLEASE NOTE THE ABOVE THREE OPTIONS IS MY FINAL TERMS thank you for your kind understanding have a nice day as we wait to know which you accept of the three options but in my humble opinion i belive it is better you come over here and open office and let me kindly work with your esteemed company to exploit the market over here thank you for your kind understanding and response.

1，货物到达对方（客户）港口后30天才能付款。----单凭这一点，估计99%的公司都无法消受，呵呵。
2，要求我方到客户所在的地方设立办事处，以便开拓对方市场。-----这个估计也很难。
3，货物运到客户的港口后，我方持提单到客户所在地清关，客户在我方监管下销售。------这个。。。呵呵，一般不会这么做。
